So what IS and who ARE Expro Marketing?

Expro Marketing has evolved as a result of the bringing together of two highly experienced individuals with backgrounds in a diversifed  range of commercial activities and global operations.

Due to a coincidental "coming together" way back in 1995 the team succesfully undertook their first projects on behalf of Western Australian business who were looking to expand their markets internationally.

By bringing together the expertise in business management they both had, combined with extensive local knowledge of markets and the needs of the businesses for whom they were working, viability studies were undertaken, market opportunities investigated and detailed reports including implemetation strategies were submitted to owners for consideration.

These actvities either became the stepping stones to expanding their clients' markets, or abandonment of export development due to inadequate opportunities, competitive pricing or simple product unsuitablility for the client.

TODD HILL - Principal

Twenty years of International Commerce based in Italy, Egypt, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, add to this being involved in multilateral funded development projects world wide, the result - a font of expertise and knowledge in business on a global scale. 

Todd’s involvement within the various companies has included, Export Management, Project Management, Joint Venture and Licensed Manufacturing Agreements and Implementation. Working in the markets of the  USA, Japan, Middle East, Taiwan, Korea, Africa, South East Asia,  Europe and Central America.   

On returning to Australia in the early 90’s Todd worked for ten years with the Western Australian Chamber of Commerce project managing a Small Business Export Assistance Program.

The role included Training and Mentoring for businesses expanding into overseas markets and managing their growth stages.

This worldly knowledge and experience is now channelled into Expro Marketing and providing not just support for Export Initiatives and Growth Planning, but a multifarious range of Pro-active Business Services suited to today's management requirements.

CLEM ROGERS - Associate

His professional career commenced in a banking environment establishing a strong foundation in banking practice and financial management. This foundation has been a benchmark throughout the whole of the career path

A wide base of commercial experience, including ownership of a UK based winter holiday company, property development in Elderly Care facilities and "corporate trouble shooter",combined with a global perspective obtained from the diversified assignments as a freelance marketing and sales consultant, has enabled Clem to apply himself in a considerable number of industry sectors and economic climates 

The assignments have required an adaptability to suit the needs of the client, from being “grass roots” foot soldier, to Boardroom Decision-maker.

Alongside his commercial activities Clem established a flourishing Business Group for a Chamber of Commerce, has been a National Councillor for the Federation of Small Businesses, an Associate of the Institute of Business Counsellors and has been a regular contributor to both National and Local TV and Radio.
Clem is an Australian Citizen and has made his home in Perth, Western Australia.
